On Target Earnings : $85K - $110K OTE

We're looking for an Account Executive who wants to build the system, close deals daily, and earn big. This is a customer facing sales role with great potential to earn big.

What You'll Be Doing

Building the fully cycle sales process for Lago
Cold calling up to 100 businesses every day
Following up with 3 to 5 inbound leads per day
Closing 8 to 10 or more placements each month
Using Go High Level to manage your pipeline and automate follow-ups
Building simple SMS and email automation to speed up your outreach
Helping build and eventually lead a growing sales team

Requirements

What We're Looking For

A true closer who thrives on hitting targets

Highly organized and self-motivated

Comfortable with outbound sales and cold calling

Familiar with CRM systems (especially Go High Level)

Quick to learn and willing to get your hands dirty

Ambitious and ready to lead a team as we grow

Bonus if you’ve worked in recruiting, staffing, or offshore hiring.
