Retail Store Manager

Overview

Retail Store Manager at T-Mobile. Lead by example, rally and empower your team to deliver the best in connecting customers to their world. Responsible for all operations of a T-Mobile retail store and the primary point of contact for store employees.

Job Responsibilities

• Complete observations of store employees' interactions with customers, provide feedback, and use results for development, training, and coaching conversations; ensure assigned trainings are completed on time.
• Assist with customer-related issues that positively impact the customer's experience with the T-Mobile brand and expectations.
• Own store success and take ownership for employees' work-related needs, leadership, staffing and scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention and other store functions.
• Support operational excellence by observing store functions, monitoring sales and inventory, managing sales tracking and implementing new store programs and initiatives.
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized store environment at all times.
• Hire store employees who are passionate about building long-lasting customer relationships and excited about the T-Mobile brand and digital technology.
• Support your team through development, training, mentoring, and drive behaviors that lead to customer loyalty and employee success.
• Lead by example by staying up to date on products, services, training, and leadership best practices to remain a trusted resource for your team.
• Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment.
• Be responsible for overall productivity, drive operational efficiencies to minimize risk and protect store assets, and deliver financial results based on key performance indicators. Identify ways to manage and control store expenses.
• Provide personalized performance management and recognize achievements to support your team's success.
• Ensure store employees meet and / or exceed defined monthly success measurements and sales goals.

Compensation

Total Target Cash Pay Range : $66,900 - $120,600, inclusive of target incentives

Base Pay Range : $50,175 - $90,450

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The actual pay will be based on location, qualifications and experience. Regular, non-temporary Retail and Business Sales roles may be eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
