Corporate Receptionist

Position Overview : We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Corporate Receptionist to join our team in our Corporate office in St. Charles, Illinois . The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. You will be a critical part of the team that represents our brand and maintain strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome visitors and customers
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments
• Communicate with facilities department to maintain our corporate office to ensure a clean and organized office as well as kitchen areas
• Maintain inventory of office / kitchen / building supplies
• Reconcile monthly expenses for the department
• Coordinate mail distribution and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Organize meetings, schedule facility tours, room setup, and order lunches
• Handle customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve issues promptly
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer complaint determining the cause of the problem, explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution
• Process and track customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery

Qualifications :

Our business hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday and this is a fully onsite role in St. Charles, Illinois. We have a casual (yes, that means jeans and t-shirts are welcome!) dress environment.
