Registered Nurse – Med / Surg (Spine / Ortho Post-Op)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Med / Surg Registered Nurse with a strong background in Spine and Orthopedic Post-Op care to join a dynamic team in Colorado. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care to a 1 : 5 nurse-to-patient ratio and emphasizes strong clinical skills in a fast-paced, post-operative environment.

Requirements

Licensure & Certifications (Required)

Active, current, and unrestricted Colorado RN License

BLS – Basic Life Support (AHA)

ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support

PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support

TNCC – Trauma Nursing Core Course

Experience

Minimum experience in Spine / Ortho Post-Op care

Strong Med / Surg background

Ability to work with post-op surgical patients in a high-acuity environment

Other Requirements

COVID-19 vaccination required (per Colorado State mandate)

Comfortable working with a 1 : 5 nurse-to-patient ratio
