What we do : The Trade Desk is a dynamic technology company with a legal team that is rapidly growing. We are looking for an experienced commercial procurement attorney who has excellent judgment, loves to negotiate deals, analyze complex legal issues, and find creative solutions. We seek candidates who enjoy working independently, are highly resourceful, have exceptional communication skills, and balance competing demands in a positive and client-friendly manner. We want collaborators who will help structure deals with business counterparts and contribute to a collaborative legal environment focused on learning and global impact.

At The Trade Desk, base salary is one part of our total compensation and benefits package. The base salary range for this role is $151,100—$277,000 USD; actual amounts may differ based on experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. The company may offer additional compensation such as stock-based incentives, sales-based incentives and commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, retirement plans, disability coverage, life insurance, well-being benefits, tuition reimbursement, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. The Trade Desk also offers a stock purchase plan.
