ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for assisting in the delivery of personalized, professional, and quality patient care, internal and external customer service, performance of all CT examinations, transportation of patients to and from Imaging Services, preparation of all departmental paperwork, answering the department’s telephone, scheduling of patients, entering and retrieving patient information from the Picture Archiving Communication System (PACS) and Hospital Information System (HIS) and maintaining the work area in a clean and organized manner QualificationsJob Requirements : Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as an RT.CT Certification or certification eligible with successful completion of certification within 6 months of hire. Licensed by the Department of Environmental Protection Bureau of X-ray compliance State of New Jersey.BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.Preferred Job Requirements : Previous employment as a Radiology Technologist. Pay Range Minimum : $35.68 / Hr.Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
