Summary

Colliers Mortgage is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join the accounting team supporting its commercial and agency mortgage finance operations. This position will play an integral role in the month-end close and financial reporting processes for Colliers Mortgage. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, team player with a strong desire to drive process improvements within their role.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepare complicated incentive and commission calculations for Producers. Maintain Producer incentive and commission set-up in our partially automated system.
• Maintain general ledger through monthly close processes including journal entries, account reconciliations and analytics
• Prepare documentation in support of external and internal audits
• Ad hoc requests to support operations and parent company reporting

Regular and reliable attendance required, including 4 in-office days per week. This is a full-time position. Workdays are Monday through Friday during standard business hours.

Approximate salary range for this role : $75,000 - $90,000 annually

Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
