A company is looking for a Managed Services Agent - Healthcare (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming consultations through consultation lifecycle workflows and patient rounding workflows
Prioritize and assign emergency and non-emergency consultations across multiple service lines
Maintain professional relationships with clinical and operational teams to ensure efficient service delivery
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required
At least one year of experience in a call center environment or healthcare / IT
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and communication tools
Ability to learn software and systems effectively
Enthusiastic about impacting patient lives positively
