job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWork in an inpatient hospital setting Day shift schedule, Tuesday through Saturday, from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM 13-week contract assignment Role involves evaluating and treating behavioral health patients as needed Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and develop individualized, age-appropriate treatment plans Document patient assessment and progress accurately Participate as a member of an interdisciplinary care team Candidates must be adaptive to new and changing assignments References from two managers or supervisors from the past 12 months are preferred, with at least one from the most recent employer Candidates must provide a US Social Security Number for consideration Active Occupational Therapist (OTR) license in Nevada required if applicable Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an A.O.T.A. accredited program required, Master's degree highly desired Minimum of 2 years recent hospital-based OT experience in the United States Current BLS certification from AHA required Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing Willingness to work with behavioral health patients CPI certification mandated by the position High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
