Adult Day Health Center RN - 5 hrs per week - Non Clinical

Location : Adult Day Health Center – Fresno\n\nSchedule : Flexible | ~5 hours / week | Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–4 : 30 PM\n\nPay : $55 / hour\n\nAbout The Role\n\nAmergis Healthcare Staffing connects healthcare professionals to meaningful work. We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to provide administrative oversight at an Adult Day Health Center. This non-clinical position focuses on ensuring compliance with state regulations for restricted healthcare plans, staff training, and quality assurance. You will supervise Licensed Vocational Nurses and direct service staff but will not provide direct patient care.\n\nThis is a new role at the facility, ideal for an RN with a flexible schedule who is looking to supplement their current work. Training will be provided, and hours may increase as the position evolves.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n

• Oversee restricted healthcare plans in accordance with state regulations.\n
• Conduct assessments and develop / monitor healthcare plans.\n
• Supervise medication monitoring and ensure accurate documentation.\n
• Train and support LVNs and direct service staff.\n
• Ensure compliance with all state-mandated healthcare requirements.\n
• Collaborate with program supervisors to maintain safety and quality standards.\n\nQualifications\n
• Active California RN license in good standing.\n
• Administrative or oversight experience preferred, but not required.\n
• Strong organizational and communication skills.\n
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible schedule.\n\nPosition Details\n
• Flexible scheduling; approx. 5 hours / week.\n
• Minimum 8 hours / month required.\n
• No nights or weekends.\n
