We are seeking Licesned Practical Nurses(LPNs)  to join the care team at our client’s  skilled nursing facility in Millersburg, PA . This opportunity offers  competitive pay of up to $37 / hour depending on the employment option you choose , along with  flexible full-time and part-time scheduling , allowing you to provide  high-quality care  in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities :

Provide nursing care to residents with diverse needs, including therapeutic, neurological, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring proper documentation and resident safety

Monitor residents' conditions and collaborate with the Charge Nurse and interdisciplinary team to address care needs

Support residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being

Assist in implementing and following individualized Care Plans

Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and resident care standards

Perform additional duties as assigned to meet the needs of residents and the facility

Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania, in good standing

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

Specialty :

Geriatrics

Work Environment :

Skilled nursing facility in Millersburg, PA (placement through our agency)
