Technical Control Analyst

Overview

Technical Control Facility (TCF) Analyst role at ASRC Federal. Location : Schriever Space Force Base, CO. Employment Type : Full-Time, Salaried (Exempt – Professional / Administrative). Clearance : Active DoD Secret Required.

What You'll Do

• Configure, monitor, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems in a controlled facility environment.
• Analyze network diagrams and circuit documentation to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex issues.
• Perform provisioning, routing, and timing synchronization for network and circuit operations.
• Coordinate with DISA, commercial carriers, and mission partners for circuit testing, troubleshooting, and documentation updates.
• Operate diagnostic equipment such as T-BERD or Fireberd for circuit continuity testing and signal validation.
• Use tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark to monitor and optimize network performance.
• Support network security compliance under DoD 8570 and COMSEC standards.
• Provide rotational after-hours and on-call support for the Global Broadcast Operations Center (GBOC) and Space Defense Interface Network (SDIN).
• Maintain meticulous technical records, configuration baselines, and operational logs.
