ITSM Developer

A company is looking for an ITSM Developer to assist in software development and IT Service Management processes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions for ITSM processes

Configure and customize ServiceNow to support ITSM processes and develop automation scripts

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and maintain technical documentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in software development

Minimum 2 years of experience in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java

Minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and development

Minimum 2 years of experience in Agile development methodologies and version control systems (Git)

Good technical background in ITSM best practices
