Position Summary
The Director is responsible for leading the overall management and strategic direction of the Revitalize U Medical Spa & Salon practice, with a focus on ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services, outstanding client experience, and exceptional performance. Key responsibilities include staff supervision, budget administration, development and execution of marketing initiatives, staff training and development, and adherence to all company policies and industry regulations. The position emphasizes business growth, a professional and welcoming environment, and building Revitalize U’s reputation for excellence.
Position Responsibilities
Operational Leadership :
- Direct and oversee all Revitalize U practice operations , including staff supervision, client services, cost control and financial performance, inventory control, marketing initiatives, regulatory compliance, and facility maintenance to ensure a high-quality customer experience and consistent business growth.
- Collaborate with medical director and other leaders to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Establish and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, licensing and accreditation regulations.
Financial Leadership and Performance :
Ensure responsible stewardship of company funds through budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.Prepare and manage the annual budget in alignment with revenue and profitability goals.Monitor and analyze financial reports and key performance indicators (e.g., sales, client retention, and service utilization) to drive informed business decisions and ensure consistent financial performance.Implement strategies to achieve financial performance, reduce operational costs, and increase revenue, including growing average ticket size, retail conversion, and client retention.Collaborate with the finance team to report performance and forecast trends.Approve and track all expenditures, including payroll, inventory, supplies, and facility maintenance.Oversee vendor contracts and negotiate favorable terms for supplies, tools, and professional products and services.Staff Leadership and Performance Management
Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, supervision, and performance management of the Revitalize U practice staff.Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and structured development opportunities to enhance staff skills and career growth.Monitor individual and team productivity, recognizing achievement and addressing performance gaps.Conduct regular performance evaluations and deliver actionable feedback and development plans that are aligned with salon and medical spa goals.Lead team meetings and training sessions to communicate expectations, share updates, and best practices.Address and resolve personnel issues professionally and in accordance with company policies.Ensure all staff maintain current licenses and stay informed on industry trends and standards.Foster a positive, collaborative culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and high professional standards.Marketing and Business Development :
Collaborate, develop, and execute promotional campaigns, events, seasonal offers, and loyalty programs.Leverage social media and digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.Identify and build relationships with local businesses and community groups to drive referrals, visibility, and grow business.Quality and Compliance Management :
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations in accordance with state and local laws.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and licensing requirements.Maintain compliance with Quad A accreditation standards and ensure ongoing accreditation status.Service Excellence :
Ensure all services are delivered with exceptional customer service and in alignment with established salon quality standards and client expectations.Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain client trust and satisfaction.Promote a client-centered culture that emphasizes personalized service, encouraging repeat business and referrals.Maintain and enforce service quality standard procedures.Additional duties as assigned.Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration, management, or a related field.Strong financial acumen with understanding of budgeting, analyzing data, and financial reporting.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and business development strategies.Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate information to diverse audiences including staff, executive leadership, and the public.Proficiency with business management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Driver’s license and proof of liability insurance required.Desired Qualifications and Experience
Master’s degree in business or healthcare administration, management, or a related field.Understanding of salon and medical spa operations, services, and industry trends.Required Skills and Abilities
