What you´ll do

Executes engineering processes ensuring that quality products are delivered on-time at competitive cost.

Interacts with customers to resolve process engineering problems.

Liaises with other stakeholders in order to provide professional support and advice.

Strives for improvements and efficiencies in Engineering area.

Monitors KPIs for engineering processes.

Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertise.

Creates, updates, and maintains process documentation (manufacturing instructions, SOPs, etc.)

What makes you a good fit

B.S. Chemical Engineering or B.S. Mechanical Engineering

2+ years experience in chemical / manufacturing industry preferred

Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes, FMEA, Control plan, and basic statistical tools (Trend charts, DOE, Anova, etc.)

Competent in Project Management, possessing the ability of starting a project and seeing it through to completion

Ability to work in and transition between manufacturing, lab, and office environment

Ability to work with cross functional teams, as well as manage contractors and vendor communications

Verbally communicate one-on-one and in front of groups as necessary

The salary for this role is $72,000.00 - $95,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
