Provide actionable insights to address gaps and inform strategy. 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or a related field, ideally in tech. Proven success in managing planning cycles and optimizing operations. Strong knowledge of business metrics and financial planning. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Collaborative leader with a strategic mindset. Experience working with C-suite executives and managing cross-functional projects. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA) and business models

Podium is seeking a motivated and organized Chief of Staff to support the CTO and CEO / CPO. In this role, you'll lead strategic projects, manage planning cycles, and streamline operations to ensure departmental and company success. You'll influence strategy, improve processes, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Planning and Operational Design
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual planning processes.
- Collaborate with Finance to build and execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Implement and improve product operations (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by independently identifying inefficiencies and driving process enhancements.
