Portfolio Program Integrator - Level 5

This position is with Lockheed Martin's Advanced Development Programs, located in Palmdale, California. Known for some of the most advanced and groundbreaking aircraft ever produced, we continue to push the bounds of technology today. This opportunity is for a senior Program Integration position supporting a portfolio of programs. The selected candidate will be part of a fast paced, dynamic environment supporting operationally-fielded systems and exploring state-of-the-art technical solutions to meet our customers' needs.

The Program Integrator is a critical part of the program management team and provides cross-functional integration of the technical teams, including product engineering and product support, with security (program and cyber), supply chain management, and business operations (program planning and finance). The Program Integrator has delegated primary responsibility for enabling the day-to-day activities of the program, including coordination of internal resources such as staffing, facilities, IT, as well as administration of allocated internal funding sources such as New Business Funds, Capital Expenditures, and IT. Administration of internal funding includes development of detailed project plans, measurement of project performance, and performance of risk analysis, all in support of flawless execution of the internal projects and the program portfolio as a whole. The Program Integrator supports the program management team in addressing programmatic and technical issues and assists the program management team in executing the technical scope, including identification and handling of risks and opportunities, within the contracted schedule and budget constraints. The Program Integrator may serve as a Control Account Manager (CAM) for multiple control accounts. Finally, the Program Integrator coordinates the transfer and delivery of information to our customers and partners across a variety of electronic communication systems.

Basic Qualifications :

Experience working and integrating with team members to understand all aspects of the portfolio's products.

Microsoft Office Suite Skills (Excel and Access in particular)

Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM)

Experience preparing and presenting various types of reports to all levels of management and leadership

Experience operating in and around classified areas

Current Top Secret Clearance

Desired skills :

CAM training, ideally with certification

Experience operating within an agile program construct, including working with and administering JIRA

Experience with Earned Value Management principles, reporting requirements and tempos

Experience with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Earned Value Management tools

Experience with the USG proposal process

Skilled in data analytics

Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered : Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees : accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
