Senior Director of Duals Operations

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Duals Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and oversee health insurance operations programs focused on Duals, including billing, enrollment, and customer service

Develop and monitor service levels to ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards

Initiate and manage ongoing projects related to process improvement and membership initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience

10+ years of business operations and systems integration experience

Previous management experience in hiring, training, and performance management

Health insurance and program management experience preferred

Extensive experience with Medicare and Medicaid operations, with Duals program experience highly preferred
