Beauty Sales Consultant Licensed

Overview

CVS Health is seeking a Licensed Beauty Sales Consultant for the Beauty & Personal Care division. The role focuses on delivering a world-class beauty advisor experience, sharing latest beauty trends and techniques through beauty services and sales, and managing the end-to-end customer experience in-store.

Responsibilities

• Seek out customers to ensure they have a world class beauty advisor experience.
• Provide personalized sales service based on customer needs, upselling and suggestive selling.
• Engage customers with CVS services, Beauty Club programs and in-store promotions to close sales.
• Represent CVS and partner brands, upholding high standards of service.
• Provide ear-piercing services in all stores and perform other applicable services where licensed.
• Pass proficiency assessments before performing services in-store.
• Educate customers by demonstrating proper product usage and highlighting features and benefits to drive purchases.
• Manage time between consultations, scheduled services and walk-ins.
• Display current Cosmetology / Esthetician license during working hours as required by state regulations.
• Create and maintain product displays and promotional materials; participate in events and programs.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, well-merchandised, compliant zone with hygiene standards.
• Complete ongoing sales, brand and paid service training to stay current.
• Maintain professional appearance and stay plugged into latest beauty trends and techniques.

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $19.93 - $27.43

This base hourly rate or base full-time salary varies by experience, education, geography and other factors.
