Job Title -  Data Entry Associate

Job Location - Minneapolis, Minnesota 55402

Duration : 3 Months

Pay : $15.96 / hr

Job Description -

Hybrid - days on site required TBD with Manager; training to be full time on site for the first 2-4 weeks

After training, mandatory 3 days (Tuesday -Thursday) in office.

Nearby parking is paid for by the contractor, public transportation available.

This role is high data entry with a large number of requests per month. Inputting data, validating data, inputting a file. They will be independently working to process the work by the end of the day. This team is not client facing at all, this is a back- end office support. The work is primarily data entry either via manual keying or uploading Excel files into a processing tool. The positions are not customer facing but more back-office support roles Top 3 skills : 1. Data entry experience 2. Intermediate Excel Experience 3. Strong attention to detail Nice to Have Skills : 1. Time Management Skills - ability to prioritize and work through a queue of work. Ability to work through high volume of work with high accuracy. 2. Critical Thinking Skills - be able to assess the whys behind what you are doing. 3. Problem Solving 4. Banking industry knowledge Industry Background that has success in this role : 1. Claims processors - mortgage / banking preferred. 2. Data Entry Clerk / Specialist No minimum education experience required. High School Diploma or equivalent required. No overtime required.

This position is responsible for working with various areas within the company to successfully implement products and services for customers. Acts as the primary internal contact. Coordinates activities with various departments to ensure that customer's products and services are successfully implemented in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. Resolves issues relating to missing or conflicting product information and documentation by communicating and coordinating efforts with customers, sales staff, relationship managers, operations, bankers and / or legal staff where applicable.
