At Fat Rosie’s Taco & Tequila Bar, we deliver bold flavors, unforgettable energy, and a whole lot of fun. We’re looking for welcoming and enthusiastic Hosts with weekend availability  to be the first smile our guests see and the last goodbye they remember.

What You’ll Do

As a Host at Fat Rosie’s, you’ll set the tone for the entire guest experience. You’ll :

  • Greet every guest with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality.
  • Manage reservations and waitlists, ensuring smooth seating flow for both guests and the team.
  • Answer questions about the restaurant, menu, and current promotions.
  • Communicate wait times clearly and accurately.
  • Assist with guest challenges and ensure needs are met quickly and positively.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting entry and waiting area.
  • Support the service team as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
