A company is looking for a Manager, Operations Escrow.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, select, and manage talent while fostering a culture of teamwork and customer service
Act as the primary contact for regional leaders and handle critical escalations
Ensure all escrow support tasks are completed accurately and timely, while identifying and mitigating risks
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in escrow support or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Multi-State experience in real estate transaction processing and customer service
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in using escrow and real estate software systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
