What You’ll Do :
- Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
- Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education
- Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs
- Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting
- Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
- Willingness to perform follow-up calls to patients after care is provided.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living events
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
What You’ll Need :
Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patientsMasters or Doctorate in AudiologyActive CO State Dispensing license or eligible for licensurePatient-centered approach with great listening skills and passion to serve all patients regardless of economic statusStrong communication skills and ability to influence othersDesire to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team of professionalsFlexible and adaptable; open to change and feedbackWhat We Offer :
