What You’ll Do :

  • Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
  • Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education
  • Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs
  • Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting
  • Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
  • Willingness to perform follow-up calls to patients after care is provided.
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures
  • May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living events
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

What You’ll Need :

  • Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients
  • Masters or Doctorate in Audiology
  • Active CO State Dispensing license or eligible for licensure
  • Patient-centered approach with great listening skills and passion to serve all patients regardless of economic status
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence others
  • Desire to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team of professionals
  • Flexible and adaptable; open to change and feedback
  • What We Offer :

  • Base Salary : $65,000 based on experience. Potential for commission after first year of employment.
