Job Description :
You will provide support in developing and implementing semi-complex performance measurement and improvement initiatives.
You will participate in semi-complex inspections and investigations by gathering data related to the proper utilization of company labor and equipment.
You will perform a full range of standard professional work involving the processing and interpretation of issues related to manufacturing processes.
You will study production and machine requirements to optimize productivity.
You will develop and test effective automated and manual systems.
You will design and install equipment.
You will organize and manage manufacturing workflows.
You will integrate disparate systems (e.g., equipment handling, transport).
You will optimize facility layouts, production lines, machine operations, and network performance.
You will collaborate with engineers, quality assurance personnel, contractors, and suppliers to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
You will ensure manufacturing procedures and equipment align with safety and environmental regulations.
You will support and sustain continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, 5S, and other methodologies.
You will analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
You will coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely procurement of materials and components.
You will utilize data analytics to monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement.
You will have knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods, and tool design.
You have familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance principles and techniques.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You will demonstrate commitment to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
You have proficiency in MS Office, CAD software, and manufacturing process simulation tools.
You have project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
You have knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
You have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Your profile
You have a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
You have 3 5 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer or in a comparable engineering role
Qualification :
B.S. in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing engineering required.
