• Shift : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM (12-hour night shifts)\n

• Estimated Weekly Salary : $1,470 - $1,570 per week\nPICU RN Qualifications\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Kansas or compact state)\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent PICU nursing experience\n
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills\n
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a teaching hospital\n
• CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) experience and APHON (Association of Pediatric Hematology / Oncology Nurses) certification preferred\n
• Proficient in IV starts, blood draws, and TPT (Temporary Peritoneal Dialysis) placement\n
• Experience with Meditech EMR is a plus\nPICU RN Responsibilities\n
• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients\n
• Monitor, assess, and respond rapidly to changes in patient conditions\n
• Perform clinical procedures including IV starts, blood draws, and TPT placement\n
• Collaborate with intensivists, respiratory therapists, desk techs, and multidisciplinary healthcare team members\n
• Utilize CR monitoring equipment and participate in CRRT as needed\n
• Accurately document patient care and interventions in Meditech EMR\n
