A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support and build trust with customers through inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
Take inbound calls to assist customers with their unique needs and offer additional products
Provide support for customers recently involved in accidents by setting up new claim reports
Navigate multiple computer systems while multitasking to ensure effective service delivery
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
For sales roles, a Property & Casualty license is required or must be obtained during training
Ability to work full-time with a schedule that includes weekdays, one weekend day, and evening hours
Designated workspace free from noise and distractions, with high-speed internet at personal expense
Must connect company-provided hardware to a surge protector and router via cable
