Overview :

The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, generating actionable insights, and presenting findings to business leaders and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAS reports / analytics, PL / SQL, and Excel, and will be proficient in data analysis, data visualization, and SQL / Python programming.

Position : Data Analyst

Responsibilities :

Collect and manage data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality through regular validation.

Apply statistical techniques to analyze data, identify trends, and uncover insights to support business decisions.

Create clear and concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business leaders and stakeholders.

Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to drive efficiency, productivity, and business performance.

Utilize SQL, Python, and other tools to manipulate and analyze data effectively.

Present data findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and accessible manner.

Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.

Requirement Qualifications :

10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

Proficiency in SAS Reports / Analytics, PL / SQL, and Excel.

Strong experience in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting.

Familiarity with statistical techniques for data analysis and trend identification.

Proficient in SQL and Python programming.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
