What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting staff, visitors, and patients as appropriate.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols or while on duty.Work collaboratively with healthcare staff and visitors to support a secure environment in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines and client expectations.Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and any security-related matters encountered during the shift.Follow all site-specific procedures and instructions provided by Allied Universal and the healthcare facility.What We're Looking For :
