While breastfeeding education is preferred within the first six months of employment, it's crucial to bring a strong foundation in labor and delivery or neonatal intensive care, with at least two years of experience in Labor & Delivery or one year in NICU.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

• AHA BLS required
