Job Description

Job Title : Project Coordinator – HVAC / Mechanical

Location : Marietta, GA

Pay : $25–$32 / hour

Experience : 2–3 years in project administration (mechanical contracting experience required)

Availability : Full-time, on-site (Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shift)

Start Date : ASAP

This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected HVAC / mechanical contracting company in a key office-based role. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of project activity—supporting scheduling, invoicing, vendor setup, and customer communication. You’ll play an essential part in keeping projects on track and helping the team deliver quality service.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process invoicing for completed work

Create and track purchase orders

Schedule technicians and coordinate project timelines

Maintain customer relationships and provide timely updates

Assist with vendor setup and communication

Support project documentation and administrative needs

Viewpoint (Vista) software knowledge is a plus

Requirements

2–3 years in project administration or coordination (mechanical contracting experience required)

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
