Full Time | Day Shift working 7-3 : 30 pm | Monday - Friday | Rotating On-call

  • PAY RATE STARTING AT $21.95 / HOUR

    • Groundskeeper Requirements :

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Landscaping experience preferred.
  • Valid Wisconsin driver's license with the ability to safely transport yourself, materials, and operate company vehicles as needed.

    • What you'll do as a Groundskeeper :

  • Maintain campus grounds and landscaping through tasks such as mowing, pruning, planting, fertilizing, snow removal, and reporting landscape or building issues.
  • Perform preventive and general maintenance on equipment, vehicles, campus buildings, and related systems, ensuring all machinery operates safely and efficiently.
  • Complete work orders and document maintenance activities accurately using computerized maintenance management software (CMMS).
  • Support facility upkeep through construction, repairs, cleaning, and adherence to safety regulations and organizational policies.
