Operational Excellence Leader

What You Will Do

As the Operational Excellence Leader, you will transform Clarios manufacturing results by applying lean principles. Specifically, you will serve as a facilitator, educator, advocate, consultant, and accountability partner to support staff team members in Operations, Engineering, and Functional Groups across multiple sites.

How You Will Do It

• Develop & Drive Operational Excellence strategy roadmaps to ensure execution.
• Conduct training and education regarding CI tools and methodologies
• Accountable for the execution and savings annual target for the Fiscal Year of the plants under its responsibility.
• Conduct monthly OEX reviews across the facilities you support.
• Establish KPI baselines and share best practices throughout the region.
