Specialist, People Experience Operations

At Sol de Janeiro, our people are the heart of everything we do. As the Specialist, People Operations, you'll create a smooth and joyful employee experience by supporting core people functions such as employee engagement, onboarding, offboarding, HRIS data management, etc. This role partners with People Experience leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, accurate, and employee-focused people services.

This role reports to the Director, Global HRBP and requires three days in our NYC HQ.

What You'll Be Working On

HR Systems & Data Management

• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Generate regular reports and analytics to support business decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with HRIS / IT teams.
