Information Technology Support Analyst | Hybrid | 2-3x days on site | Evansville, IN
Optomi, in partnership with a leading financial services organization is seeking experienced Information Technology Support Analyst to join their team in Evansville, IN (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week) ! This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to monitor critical systems across on-premises and cloud infrastructures (Azure and AWS), resolve issues efficiently, and ensure optimal system performance.

Experience of the right candidate :
At least 1 year of experience in technical support, IT monitoring, or system operationsFundamental understanding of networking concepts (TCP / IP, DNS, HTTP, etc.) and IT infrastructure (servers, databases, cloud services such as Azure and AWS)Familiarity with monitoring tools and systems to track and report system health / performanceStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced environmentCustomer service-oriented with a focus on resolving issues efficientlyDesired : Knowledge of observability best practices, cloud-based monitoring services (AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor), or certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, etc.)Responsibilities of the right candidate :
Monitor and respond to system alerts / notifications from platforms including Azure, AWS, networks, applications, servers, and databasesDiagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to system performance, connectivity, and cloud resourcesEscalate complex issues to senior analysts or technical teams as neededDocument incidents, resolutions, and follow-up actions accuratelyPerform regular health checks and reporting on on-premises and cloud systemsProvide first-level support to clients / end-users via phone, email, or ticketing systemsRespond to alerts and conduct preventive tasks to maintain system availabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve incident response times and efficiencyStay updated on best practices and emerging monitoring technologiesSeniority level : Associate
