Deploy & Scale Manage infrastructure with Terraform to ensure scalability, security, and cost efficiency. Automate & Assure Quality Participate in code reviews, refactoring, and performance tuning. Enable AI / Data Science Features Integrate deep learning and statistical models into the product. Troubleshoot edge cases affecting performance or user experience. Shape Architecture Collaborate Cross-Functionally Translate complex technical concepts across AI, privacy, and software domains for stakeholders. Innovate & Evolve Recommend improvements to workflows, product performance, and system security. Degree / Diploma in Computing, Design, or related field. Minimum 3 years' software engineering experience. Frontend expertise with Next.js / React (experience with Angular / Vue a plus). Backend experience with REST APIs using Python or other frameworks. Cloud proficiency ( AWS preferred; GCP / Azure acceptable Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred). Strong understanding of Docker and containerized deployments. Experience with Git, CI / CD, and testing. Interest in UI / UX design and API development. Bonus : Exposure to AI / ML workflows , ability to debug Python ML code, and familiarity with synthetic data generation concepts Curiosity, collaborative mindset, and eagerness to learn. Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team (product, software, data engineering, privacy, data science). Exposure to full-stack development , spanning frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure. Hands-on involvement in UX design to build intuitive products. Ownership of system design and implementation , with impact on scalability and maintainability. Practical experience in refactoring, testing, and automation Opportunity to deepen skills in cloud-native architectures, serverless design, and DevOps practices Work in a fast-paced, Agile environment driving innovation in privacy-preserving AI.
Mirage is a pioneering platform for Synthetic Data Generation launched in February 2025. It empowers organizations to create realistic alternative datasets that preserve the statistical properties of sensitive data while safeguarding individual privacy. By combining deep learning with advanced statistical methods, Mirage operates at the frontier of privacy-preserving AI , enabling safe and innovative ways to use and share data.
Currently available as a web interface , Mirage is in its early growth phase with API integration on the roadmap. The team is actively developing new features and scaling adoption across multiple stakeholders.
As a Full-Stack Software Engineer , you will work at the intersection of privacy technology and AI research , turning cutting-edge methods into real-world tools that shape the future of data-driven innovation.
Scope of Work
- Design & Develop
Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with Next.js / React
Containerize applications with Docker and deploy using AWS Lambda and Serverless Framework
Develop and maintain CI / CD pipelines in GitLab for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
Work with Data Scientists to productionize models and pipelines.
Contribute to system design and architectural decisions, balancing scalability, maintainability, and ML integration.
Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver secure, functional features.
Stay updated on emerging technologies in AI, privacy, and software engineering.
