We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and self-motivated Marketing Technology Specialist to join our team. About the Role :

As a Marketing Technology Specialist, you will combine creativity with technical expertise by supporting digital marketing initiatives such as website updates, campaign execution, and onsite & offsite SEO, while also managing the installation, customization, and integration of SaaS systems. In this role, you’ll use AI-driven tools to enhance productivity, leverage APIs, custom-built solutions, and third-party software to deliver tailored client solutions and play a key part in ensuring smooth onboarding, ongoing success, and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute and support digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, campaign management, creatives, and onsite and offsite SEO tasks.
• Use AI-driven platforms and other digital tools to streamline workflows and optimize results.
• Assist with SaaS implementation, including installation, customization, and integration.
• Work with APIs, custom-built applications, and third-party tools to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and identify opportunities for growth.
