5+ years of experience required in Applications Support role

Responsibilities

  • Navigate legacy and cloud platforms in support of application deployments, validations, and rollback activities.
  • Make decisions in support of technical operations environments.
  • Act on system alerts that require technical intervention and escalation as needed.

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of : Java / J2EE platforms
  • AWS knowledge
  • Clear and concise verbal & written communication
  • 5+ years of experience in Applications Support role
