Responsibilities
- Support machine installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
- Perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility systems.
- Build, install, calibrate, and repair machinery, pumps, conveyors, and related equipment.
- Program, operate, and maintain CNC, automated, and electromechanical systems.
- Fabricate and assemble mechanical components; read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and P&IDs.
- Conduct quality checks, record data, and maintain documentation and repair / service records.
- Operate and maintain high-pressure systems, pumps, and auxiliary equipment to optimize production reliability.
- Identify and correct programming, wiring, or equipment issues to reduce downtime.
- Streamline processes by adjusting machinery settings and implementing continuous improvement practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (OSHA, EPA, NEC, etc.).
- Participate in emergency response activities as needed.
- Train and assist co-workers in safe and efficient equipment use.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Education & Experience
Required : High School Diploma / GED and 2+ years equipment maintenance experience (manufacturing).Associate's in Mechanical / Industrial Maintenance or 4+ years as a technician.Experience in troubleshooting, electrical systems, motor controls, and preventive maintenance.Skills
Strong mechanical aptitude; skilled in hand / power tools and precision measuring instruments.Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Proficient in reading technical drawings / schematics.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and recordkeeping skills.Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in diverse team environments.Computer / Software Skills
