A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I in the Customer Service Center.
Key Responsibilities
Process inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries related to bank products and services
De-escalate customer issues or escalate to a supervisor when necessary
Maintain knowledge of banking products and adhere to service metrics and quality standards
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, preferably in banking or financial institutions
Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
Proficiency in using personal computers and managing home networking infrastructure
Knowledge of Android and Apple products and supported web browsers
