Position Summary :

TS Tech Americas, Inc. is implementing an updated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. As an ERP Support Specialist Lead - Master Scheduler you will be part of the team that controls and manages all aspects of scheduling in a JIT manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for day to day releasing of production orders and scheduling of different equipment based on customer needs in the ERP system. This position is located at our corporate office in Reynoldsburg, Ohio.

Qualifications / Essential Skills and Experience :

Education : Graduated from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in Production and Operations Management, Supply Chain Management and Logistics or a closely related field or equivalent work experience in multiple areas.

Experience : Three years or more of progressive responsibility for production scheduling, forecasting, and level loading in a JIT manufacturing environment. Knowledge of QAD is a plus.

• Collaborates with plant support personnel to understand manufacturing processes, production lines, customers, customer requirements, capacity limits and EDI transactions.
• Learn and document plant processes and recommend how they could be improved or automated.
• Train end users of varied positions and levels of technical ability.
• Lead and problem solve.
• Understand how schedule changes will impact the end user(s).
• Professionally manage multiple production lines and customers.
• Present data and reports to customers and leadership.
• Work independently and manage numerous deadlines.
• Analyze and make decisions based on data.
• Willingness to occasionally work outside of regular office hours.
• Vocal Communication - Required to express or exchange ideas by means of concise (clear, correct, and timely) discussion with coworkers and customer.
• Hearing Perception - Ability to recognize information at normal spoken levels and / or ability to receive detailed information through oral communications and / or make fine distinctions in sound.
• Sensory Utilization - Prepare and analyze written or computer data.
• Physical Activities – There are no special vision requirements.
• Visual Acuity - There are no special vision requirements.
