Key Responsibilities
Partner with sales to assess technical feasibility and define integration requirements
Lead technical implementation and onboarding for partner environments
Provide ongoing technical support and manage partner communication post-launch
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in technical solutions or implementation engineering in healthcare technology
Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and authentication models (OAuth2)
Familiarity with EHR integrations and healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7)
Experience with troubleshooting tools and error-tracking systems
Ability to write scripts for validation and testing purposes
