Description :

As a Shipping Associate at Computer Upgrade King, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their laptops, desktops, and components securely and on time. You will be responsible for packaging and shipping products to customers and Amazon fulfillment centers with accuracy and care. This hands-on position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a proactive mindset.

What You'll Do

  • Verify products match invoice descriptions before shipment
  • Measure and select proper packaging materials to prevent damage
  • Package computers and components using appropriate packing supplies
  • Safely stack and palletize outgoing shipments
  • Create shipments via Shipstation and Amazon Seller Central
  • Clean, assemble, and package computer hardware for sale on Amazon
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment to load outgoing shipments
  • Accurately label, record, and track outgoing shipments
  • Keep work areas clean, safe and organized
  • Occasionally assist in receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming shipments

    • Requirements : What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry35–50+ lbs. regularly
  • Basic computer skills; experience with Excel and Google Docs
  • Familiarity with computer components and hardware
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
  • Willingness to work overtime, holidays, or weekends when needed
  • Must wear OSHA-approved steel-toe boots; loose clothing not permitted for safety
