Description :

The position requires a Registered Nurse specializing in the Emergency Room.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience.

This role operates on a 3x12-hour night shift schedule.

The nurse will provide care to patients of all ages with various medical emergencies.

Special care populations include those with cancer, sepsis, and behavioral health issues.

Demonstrated skills in patient care and emergency procedures are required.

Candidates should be flexible with scheduling and understand the importance of punctuality.

Compliance with all health and safety protocols is mandatory.

Knowledge of managing dysrhythmias and administering IV medications is essential.

Successful candidates will be part of a team that supports interdisciplinary care.

Applicants should be prepared to float to different units if necessary.

Successful passing of the EKG exam is a requirement prior to employment.

Travel experience is preferred, and first-time travelers are welcome to apply.

This role includes up to every other weekend coverage as needed.

No call duty is required for this position.

Adherence to hospital policies and procedures is expected at all times.
