Overview
This role is onsite at our headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ.
Responsibilities
- Benefits Administration : Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Support annual benefits renewal and open enrollment, including communication and employee education.
- Serve as the primary contact for benefit plan vendors and third-party administrators.
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations.
- Payroll Administration : Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Partner with Finance on payroll reconciliations and reporting.
- Respond to employee payroll-related inquiries in a timely manner.
- Employee Support & HR Operations : Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to payroll and benefits.
- Assist in onboarding / offboarding processes related to payroll, benefits, and employee records.
- Maintain accurate employee data within HRIS and payroll systems.
- Support audits, reporting, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in payroll and / or benefits administration.Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and benefits compliance (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, etc.).Experience with payroll / HRIS systems, preferably UKG.High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Physical Requirements
