Description

Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is looking to hire Gas Fusers / Pipe Welders with natural gas experience for our gas division.

Responsibilities

• Installation of new steel gas mains & services using tools such as a welding machine and cutting torches.
• Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment according to specifications, by welding, brazing, and soldering.
• Inspect, examine, and test installed systems and pipelines using pressure gauges, observation, or other methods.
• Measure and mark pipes for cutting and threading.
• Layout of pipe, supports, and related equipment following blueprints.
• Plan pipe system layout, installation, or repair according to specifications.
• Modify, clean, and maintain pipe systems, units, fittings, and related machines and equipment, following specifications and using hand and power tools.

Requirements & Qualifications

Prior construction experience is a plus.

Bilingual experience is a plus.

Team Fishel will provide on-the-job training in all areas of safety, including flagging certification, tool operation, and maintenance.
