Job Type : Part-Time | Hourly | $35 DOE

Schedule : After-school, 2–10 hours per week (Monday–Friday)

Location : Fountain Valley & surrounding Orange County schools

Start Date : Fall 2025

The Arts & Learning Conservatory (ALC) is an award-winning nonprofit dedicated to making high-quality arts education equitable and accessible to all children, regardless of socioeconomic background. Since 2004, ALC has reached over 30,000 students across Southern California through after-school theatre, music, and technical arts programs.

Position Overview

We are seeking skilled and passionate Musical Theatre Teachers with experience in winds, brass, percussion, and / or string instruction to lead engaging after-school programs for elementary students (Grades 3–8). The ideal candidate will have a strong musical background, the ability to teach multiple instruments, and a commitment to nurturing students of all levels. Candidates will prepare students for school-based performances, teach foundational music concepts, and manage group instruction in diverse classroom settings.
