Responsibilities :

We are seeking a dynamic IT professional with ITIL or equivalent certifications and hands-on experience in AMDB, CMDB, and ServiceNow. The ideal candidate excels at leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships, while collaborating effectively with senior executives. Strong customer service orientation, comfort across various operating systems, and exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Basic Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with AMDB, CMDB, Service Now and ITIL or equivalent certifications

Preferred Qualifications :

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
