job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMonitor and control access to the location to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment for employees and visitors. Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises, in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures. Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and vendors with security-related inquiries and directions. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and report any irregularities. Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences as required by site procedures. Support emergency response activities as needed, including assisting with evacuations or other site-specific emergency protocols. Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site personnel to maintain clear communication regarding security-related matters. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. - Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
