Manages the business and relational aspects of the client's project through all phases of the design and construction process, functioning as the client liaison and advocate. Collaborates with the relevant Design and Production team to ensure the client's goals and objectives are met throughout the project life cycle and in the finished product. Generates Design Agreements, Construction Agreements, and Change Orders, and presents to client for signature acceptance. Maintains current and accurate lead and sales tracking data through weekly updates to the Open Sales Files spreadsheet. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Motivated, self-starter, detail-oriented, highly organized with a positive, can-do attitude.
