About the Role :

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll work one-on-one with customers to help them find the right mattress and sleep solution for their needs. This isn’t high-pressure sales—it’s about listening, learning, and providing a great experience. You’ll have the opportunity to earn a strong income through commission and bonuses, all while being part of a company that supports your growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend the best sleep solutions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Operate point-of-sale systems and handle basic administrative tasks.
Learn and stay up to date on product knowledge and promotions.
Work independently and take ownership of the in-store experience.

What We’re Looking For :

High school diploma or GED.

Reliable transportation to your assigned store in the Indianapolis area.

Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required.
